What do you mean photo files?

Create a Button.

Select "Propeties"

Where it says "Image", click it.

Then make sure "From Resource" is checked.

And then press "Import"

Navigate to the picture you want and press "OK".

I always just use Text anyway though, saves time having to make a logo for every single button.

Again, it seems that we're mixing up C++ and VB. They're different langauges.

i watched a video that shows you how to make a button in DragonFireSDK which uses C and C++. It might be a little different.

I don't know if I should believe you or not. James has corrected you 1,000,000 times. But I don't know a thing about it, so I will believe you.

The C compiler can't make head or tail of the DBAS commands, so before you compile, DSGM converts all the DBAS functions into C functions.

It's like my SNESGM language:

SwitchToRoom_If Var1 = Var2 NextRoom

Needs to be converted to:

lda Var1
cmp Var2
beq NextRoom

But in VB, that equals 20 lines to get that conversion!

Anyway, hope this helps.

Yoshi is right. PAlib is a library, and DBAS is a language.

Says the guy who wrote:

In a VB forms application hello world is just: Click on a label, select propeties, then text and enter "Hello World!" then hit compile. Or you could do msgBox("Hello world!") to get a message box apear on the screen.
