Iv run into an error could someone help the background and collision gets messed up on level 2!

I've seen this happen before. It was a 4.9 problem though... The only thing I can think of is that the background is too big or has too many tiles. Also, in the room settings, do you have 'Scroll BG with Camera' checked? It shouldn't be.

I think it's because the background hasn't got a valid size. Try a number dividable by 256 or 512.

I just went through a bunch of tests and I was about to post this:

DSGM gives you an error when you try to load a background that is divisible by 256. I tried loading a 256x192 background then editing it to be 800x192 but DSGM wouldn't change it unless I re-loaded the background, giving me the error again. So, I don't think that's it but it is something you should check anyway.

I just tried scrolling a 2048x192 background and replicated the error. I think the largest a background can be is 1024x1024.

the un checking bg scroll fixed it and if my timings good i will release demo 2 tomorrow :D

change 726 by 192 and you will stop having the glitch but you will get a black line

Is it a problem if I change the angles a little? I'm not familiar with collision maps. What does the collision map look like? Does it detect the white in the picture, or is it a separate image?

Also, what did you use to make the little logos? It is a bit hard to make them out. Did you have a source picture for them?

The 2 images put together made the title image. Very bad cutting an pasting :/

Sorry to double post, but I wanted to keep these separate. There are DS friendly sizes, depending on how you resize the image. Instead of using that logo I cropped, I ended up just using the KH font and typing the title >_>

Also, here are some nice skating sprites I found. If you don't need white for the collision map, maybe this would be useful.
