You may put copyrighted music into your creations as long as they are Freeware. You are allowed to do so in most countries by proxy due to an ammendment to the Copyright law which states that it is allowed in instances of creating something for the purpose of education, either of oneself or a group of people, or for the purpose of reviewing said piece.
However, you may not distribute said material on its own, that's Copyright Infringement.
Copyright laws are touch-and-go, it's best that you check what's the status in your own country and tailor your application accordingly.
