It's a joke.
It's also my motto: "I'm too young for this." But I know, don't I?

Whats the point of making a topic when you install a program? And why are you mentioning your age everywhere?

Big deal Nick, if you thought about this for five seconds you would realize that most users come here at the age of about 10 because that's the age when people play DS; I did. It's perfectly normal. Stop mentioning your age, it makes you sound like a noob and that you are trying to boast.

C++ Is a low level language, thus easy to learn for just about anyone. Take a look at high level languages such as assembly which is what I have to deal with in SNES Game Maker and you'll realize that C++ is very easy in comparision.

I myself never liked what you call "Visual C++" I prefer Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 Express Edition which is what I use for SNES Game Maker and was used for DS Game Maker 4.9 and below, I am not sure about Dark Flow or DSGM 5 but they most likely use it as well.

So go ahead and install it we don't really care what you do. Just stop making useless posts and topics to try and make yourself sound like a good, clever, programmer because your not. Anyone can install a program.

BTW I'll most likely get a warning for this but I don't care.

I don't think you'll be able to make a web browser right off the bat. Try starting smaller. Like... make a "Hello World" program. That's where you should always start.

It'll take a while to finish and get working. I wonder if JavaScript works on it.

I feel like you ignored what I said...

Actually, C++ is a high level language. Assembly language and machine language are low level. The "high" and "low" have nothing to do with how easy they are to use.

I... You know what? Yoshi's opinion doesn't matter anymore. It's OFF TOPIC, GET IT? The only part you gave attention to in my post was the installation part! OFF TOPIC! I was just mentioning something off topic! Gosh... What the crap just happens to people sometimes...

He's using Microsoft C++. See above diagram. Just a different language, no different features.

In VB there is an IE control which has functions like Navigate(URL).

Does Microsoft C++ let you play around with C++, teach you how to use it, or both?

Visual Basic:
Code: Select all
Option Explicit
Dim Count As Integer
Private Sub Form_Load()
    Count = 0
    Timer1.Interval = 1000 ' units of milliseconds
End Sub
Private Sub Timer1_Timer()
    Count = Count + 1
    lblCount.Caption = Count
End Sub

C++:
Code: Select all
#include <iostream>

int main()
{
   std::cout << "Hello, world!\n";
}

Same features but still different, no? I think VB is easier.
