Took me a while to make. Thanks to the Pro Edition you can save your text.

Download it, try it and tell me what you think!

Important Note
The save function only works on a real DS, not in an emulator. The editing still works fine though.

Change the keyboard in location to 24, 30.

Best notepad app I've seen with DSGM. Love the interface.

James, I've tried to put it in the center of the screen, but after the "fly-in" animation it pops back to the top left corner.

Updates
Fixed a lot of bugs (causing text to appear all over the screen) and some save glitches.
Also added an Credits room.

Credits idea is nice.

Must be a PAlib bug that the keyboard does not work (me thinks). See if it's fixed in the next release, which will be difficult to get, with no PAlib site. I will email fincs.

Did you test Saving and Loading? Other users say those features in DSGM don't work.

Yeah, I did. Seems that it only works on a real DS, not in an emulator.
Keyboard works for me. The only bug is that the keys stay orange... pressing
Shift or Caps and turning it off will restore them.

EDIT: Oh, you mean the keyboard popping back to (0, 0) co-oordinates xD

Not true, Alex, the emulators only support reading from FAT and EFS (your MP3s work!) but not writing back. It's nothing to do with SAVs.

Thanks, I was looking for a notepad... MoonShell's one is a bit (how do you say it?) stupid... I made my fake-scan project... It looks reaaaaly stupid, most is text...

Forget about SAVs will you? It has nothing to do with them. Saving and Loading is entirely EFS based. You can delete your SAV file and retain data for the notepad.

? Sorry, it was just a notice...

EDIT: I wasn't able to start Notepad DS without creating a .SAV,
1. It won't load the app,
2. It won't save.
Those things it does (by me) without a .SAV.

Updates
The loading was glitchy, so now you can only view your saved note. Will add more save slots in some time. Update can be downloaded from the first post. Remember you must play this on a real DS, not in an emulator, or the save functions won't work.
